Here you will find all the important information about your booking, your stay and our house rules. We want to ensure that you have a pleasant and uncomplicated stay - that's why we have summarized the most frequently asked questions from our guests.

  • Are pets allowed?

    No, for hygiene reasons and out of consideration for all guests, pets are not allowed in our apartments. Exceptions can only be made with prior written consent and are subject to a fee.

  • Is there a deposit?

    In some cases a security deposit may be required. This will be communicated to you before you book. The deposit is fully refundable after check-out, provided there are no damages. If you book through Airbnb or Booking.com there is no security deposit.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    No, there is a strict no-smoking policy in all apartments. Smoking is also not permitted on balconies and in hallways. Please use the designated smoking areas outside. Failure to comply will incur a cleaning fee.

  • Can I host a party or event at the property?

    No, parties and large events are not allowed. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

  • Are there specific rest periods?

    Yes, quiet hours apply from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this period, please avoid loud noises, music or conversations that could disturb other guests.

  • How does waste disposal work?

    We ask you to separate the waste according to local regulations (residual waste, paper, plastic, glass). The corresponding garbage bins are located outside the building.

  • What happens if I want to extend my stay?

    If you would like to extend your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. An extension is subject to the availability of the accommodation. It may appear on Airbnb or Booking that an extension is not possible. This is not always the case, as a period of time is blocked for cleaning after each check-out.

  • What should I do if I lose my key?

    Please inform us immediately. A fee will be charged for replacing the lost key.

  • What do I do if there is a problem during my stay?

    If you have a problem, please contact us immediately. We are available by phone or email and will be happy to help you.

  • How can I give feedback?

    We look forward to your feedback! You can send us a review or suggestions via Airbnb, Booking.com or your personal guest account.

  • What happens if I violate the house rules?

    Violation of house rules may result in early termination of stay without refund and additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

    We offer all common payment methods. Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or via the payment service provider Stripe.

  • What are the cancellation conditions?

    Cancellation is possible according to the refund option selected at the time of booking. Reservations can be changed before the scheduled arrival date, subject to availability. In case of no-show without cancellation, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
